Wouter is an associate at INGEN HOUSZ, focusing on venture capital financing rounds and M&A transactions. He works with founders and investors at every stage, from first funding round to exit. Before joining INGEN HOUSZ, he worked at A&O Shearman, advising on private M&A, venture capital and complex cross-border transactions. Prior to his legal career, he supported investment decisions at a family office investing in startups and scale-ups. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) from Leiden University.
