Willemijn acts as legal consultant for clients of INGEN HOUSZ. She focuses on employment related matters.

Willemijn previously worked for five years as a lawyer within the employment and corporate M&A section at Clifford Chance.

Willemijn combines her work at INGEN HOUSZ with being an entrepreneur as co-owner and director of The Legal Bench, a recruitment firm matching top-tier legal professionals with clients including start- and scale-ups, corporates and law firms.

Furthermore, she is founder and director of the MiekFoundation, a foundation with the aim of improving the accessibility of education for young children in Africa.

Willemijn studied law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
