Nina is an associate at INGEN HOUSZ, advising companies and investors across the full company lifecycle, from early-stage financing rounds to exits. Prior to joining INGEN HOUSZ, she spent over four years at A&O Shearman, where she focused on growth capital and M&A transactions.

She holds a cum laude Master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice from the University of Amsterdam and a cum laude Bachelor’s degree in Law from Utrecht University. She also graduated cum laude from the Grotius Academy, where she completed the Mergers & Acquisitions track.
