Loes acts a lawyer (a.i.) for clients of INGEN HOUSZ and is responsible for the fund formation & fund investment practice. She advises clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of investing in (VC) funds and advises  fund managers on the establishment  of funds and deal-by-deal investment structures. She is particularly known for her experience with (semi-) public investors and her ability to efficiently support fund managers with scaling their funds and attracting an institutional investor base. Loes has a particular interest in deeptech and impact funds. Loes previously worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance.

Loes combines her work as a lawyer at INGEN HOUSZ with being an entrepreneur as founder and director of The Legal Bench, a recruitment firm matching top-tier legal professionals with clients including start- and scale-ups, corporates and law firms.

Loes studied Business Law, Private Law and Business Administration at the University of Groningen.
