Frans is an associate at INGENHOUSZ, specializing in venture capital financing rounds and M&A transactions, particularly for venture-backed companies.

Prior to joining INGEN HOUSZ, Frans concentrated on venture capital and M&A at NautaDutilh, where he gained invaluable experience across both the London and Amsterdam offices. He holds a Master's degree in Law & Finance from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from the Universiteit van Tilburg.

Frans brings a deep understanding of venture capital financials to each transaction. His financial modelling covers cap tables, anti-dilution and exit waterfalls in which he also regularly trains venture capital funds and founders.
