Eduard is a lawyer at INGEN HOUSZ. He advises investors, founders and corporates on investment rounds, IP licensing, and commercial contracting, drawing on more than a decade of practice at leading international firms. Before joining INGEN HOUSZ, Eduard trained at Allen & Overy, worked as an independent lawyer for a variety of clients, and served as a public prosecutor. He also worked in strategy roles at Boston Consulting Group and Shell, giving him a keen eye for the commercial realities that shape fast-growing technology businesses.

Eduard has extensive self-taught technical knowledge, with a solid foundational understanding of computer architecture, programming, deep learning algorithms and biological and natural sciences. Eduard holds an MBA from INSEAD, an LLM in Law & Technology (cum laude) and an LLB from Erasmus University. He is a native English and Dutch speaker.
