Daan joined INGEN HOUSZ in 2022. He focuses on VC investment rounds and M&A transactions including exits of VC backed companies. He previously worked for almost five years at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (M&A).

Besides his law degrees, Daan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also participated in the VC Whale Academy, a 6-month training program for young venture capitalists by industry professionals.

Daan has experience providing trainings on VC deal terms and cap tables to VC fund analysts and associates.
